Dear Studio Owners, Professionals and Competitors,
We would like to welcome you to the 7th Annual Nebraska Invitational Ballroom Dance Festival!
This year we have some exciting news and changes! Due to your support and the continued growth, this year’s competition
will be at the Omaha – La Vista Conference Center and Courtyard by Marriott hotel, conveniently located off I-80 (just 20 minutes from Omaha’s Eppley airport). The event will be held in the Windsor Ballroom (15,000 square foot facility) in the Conference Center and the adjoining, newly opened Courtyard by Marriott.
We are excited to announce the addition of 2 professional competition categories – American Smooth and American Rhythm, in addition to the Professional Open Show dance event that we have held the past few years. For our pro-am and amateur competitors, this year offers single dance events (both contested & uncontested), showcases, multi-dance events, and scholarship opportunities. We welcome you to join us in this friendly, fun atmosphere and memorable Omaha hospitality.
This year’s event looks to be even more spectacular than last year. As in past years, we welcome competitors from all over the U.S. We would like to extend a warm welcome in advance to our new partners in Rising Star Friendly Pro-Am Club (remember RSF members receive 2 free single dance entries).
We look forward to you joining us for another two days of spectacular competition and dancing at NEI 2011!
